Really enjoyed beautifully decorated and quaint hotel, we will choose the place for future trips. The location was beautiful and magnificent, in a very quiet neighborhood, and the bed comfy. A cool bonus was Bellagio Patisserie, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. Excellent friendly people were working here...

The staff was great and that's why we would recomand it. Superior hotel was very clean, the location was nice! Loved that we had a personal safe and a work desk in the superior double room. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Also, it's next to Monk's House of Modern Art Museum.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this beautiful boutique hotel. the staff made us feel very welcomed with their refreshing drinks on arrival and their helpful service throughout our stay. the room had a stunning view of the garden and hills, and we loved the fact that it had tea and coffee making facilities. the hotel had a great location, only a comfortable walk to the town centre, which was perfect for us.
The only negative aspect we could find was the noise at night, as we stayed in a room near the entrance. it wasn't too severe and didn't ruin our experience at the hotel.

We had a lovely stay in this charming boutique hotel. the location is great - just a short walk from the city center, but tucked away in a peaceful area with a beautiful garden to enjoy. Our room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space and natural light. the breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. We also appreciated the staff's attention to detail, like providing clear instructions for check-in and offering to arrange food delivery during inclement weather.
That the parking area could be a bit icy in colder weather, but the staff did their best to keep it safe and were available to assist if needed.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with ice-cold drinks and friendly service. The hotel's exterior and gardens are beautifully maintained, and the interior is sleek and modern. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Our room, named "Steven," was unique and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options, including cooked-to-order eggs. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and offers plenty of parking options. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the overall experience.
